                                                               Christmas Swag

Materials:
Package of green floral wire
Fresh Holly,Pine bough, cedar or any evergreen.
Ribbon of choice

FIRST STEP:
Take two pine bough approx:16" long,
Over lay one on the other and fasten with wire.

When wiring the first two boughs leave enough wire in the back to produce a loop ,  so the finished swag will have a hanger incorporated as shown in the picture.

STEP TWO:
Start wiring different greens in the arrangement.
This will give a different texture and color to the swag.

Fill in any bare spots with holly or box wood
giving the swag a full appearance.

STEP THREE:
Wiring pine cones , work the wire directly in under each piece of the cone encompassing the complete pine cone and twist securing the wire to the pine cone.

Note: After securing the pine cone to the wire make sure there is enough wire left to fasten the cone to the swag.

STEP FOUR:
Attach the pine cones directly to the stem of anyone of the boughs, staggering them through out the arrangement.

STEP FIVE:
Add a bow to enhance the swag, leaving two long
tails off the bough.

STEP SIX:
Hang it on the front door using a wreath hanger.
Your entrance way is now ready to greet any Holiday Guests that may arrive through out the season.
